Fell Ponies??

Is this a fell ponies only thing or is it open to anyone. Im looking for a bit of Bob Graham experience in time for my 18th.

Youd be very welcome Tom....there is no such thing as a "Fell Ponies only thing" as there are no ctiteria for membership....the vests are optional....if you were to simply turn up that makes you as much as a Pony as the other Ponies....it means nothing....and everything.....and less....Fleeter gets it...ask him to explain....but there isnt an explanation...
