    So how's the rehab going now that the dust is settling, Steve?

    Maybe a little... but my classic black version is a large and not especially, er... generous.

    Been nursing a pranged rib or two for the last few weeks, but need to get some mileage in now the ice is abating.

    New Years day 5 miler at Great Ayton not far from M,boro, Captain Cooks 11am start from Royal Oak pub, it is a bit of a trek from Nottingham tho.........
