well over 500 miles on these now, no change in the wear and tear, so they are lasting well. the sticky sole version are the 318 gtx, grip really well, managed over 400 miles in them, bit dear but great on wet rock etc.

The Mudroc 290's are now falling in bits. I was going to take to LSR for a re-sole but the uppers are in holes at the sides and I think the cushioning is shot as I have a bruised foot from yesterdays run. I have dug some old felldancers out of the shed which are currently spinning around the washing machine which look to have a few miles left in them. I have wide feet + bunion on each which makes them even wider so I tend to split normal width fitting shoes such as the Walshes and I have been told the PB Extreme is not as wide as the 290's. Prices vary from £48-£65 so I will prob get some more as I think it is me rather than the shoe that caused an early demise.

Them Felldancers have come up lovely, all the moss has gone and they are all supple - reckon they should be good for 100+
