Here's me all psyched up for Saturday - it's a good job I've realised that the Kinder Trial is actually on Sunday. Resting / recovery from Sunday to Saturday didn't seem too bad but Sunday to Sunday is another matter. I suppose I'll have to get out for a run tomorrow evening.
