Luke Appleyard (Wharfedale)- quick on the dissent
cheers for the pics. good luck wi t'knee.
Mr Brightside
Thanks very much for posting up your photos - good effort. The captured action and exposure seems brilliant to me - don't be too critical! Sorry you couldn't run.
Mine made me laugh "I'm a bird, I can fly!" http://www.flickr.com/photos/thelead...7625375455892/
but then being chased by one of these http://www.flickr.com/photos/thelead...7625375455892/ is enough to make anyone fly. Was it something I said Alan?!
Thanks to all the marshalls, organisers, pie people, etc. A great day out as always.
Cheers
Richard
Here are my photos. Taken just before you reached the road crossing.
Not sure if its true or not, but someone told me at the race that a Camper Van was stolen from the parking field. Did it really happen?? or was it just a rumour....hopefully the later.
You got a good one of my elbow! http://picasaweb.google.com/GeoffBri...52044867996498
I will have to put in a sprint next time to get the rest of me into the photo!
Reg
I've tried to spot your elbow but without 100% certainty. Here are Son Jim's photos. He was with the large, young Pennine support team between CP1 & CP2. I hope they didn't heckle anyone other than LoveShack too much ;-). If anyone wants full definition photos, drop me a PM.

Unfortunately, Lloyd had already passed before Jim got his camera out, but I suppose Lloyd disappearing into the distance is a realistic image for most of us.
Cheers
