senior's run 2 laps is undulating but nothing too hilly about it 5K in total i love the course it's really spectator friendly aswell

the course is super fast, and, rumour has it, gets rolled just to suit the track runners!

No I'm not unfortuanately I didn't get my entry off (the way I've ran or not ran this summer didn't justify it) and its the day after the cross challenge in liverpool which I'm going to do as part oft he Mid Lancs league.
