    Ran this today in wonderful muddy conditions although thankfully the vast majority of the ice had gone. Only my second race since January, but good to be back out there and good to see the race prosper now that Northowram Pumas have taken it on. The nature of the course - early snickets & stiles after the initial road section - will mean they will always limit numbers - after last year's 75 limit it was doubled to 150 but sold out weeks ago.

    Good to catch up with Daleside while enjoying the post-race soup!

    Yes it's been about ten years since i did this race - conditions i would describe as..... heavy or soaking, muddy, cant get any wetter.
