Macc get over 30 mad idiots running off road on Wednesday nights. Not convinced it is the best way to spend the training time, but it can certainly be entertaining trying to keep such a group together!
We (the Bowland bats) are out every Tuesday and Thursday (sometimes Friday). It probably isn't "good quality training" but for me personally it's better than doing nothing (which is what I'd probably do if the bat runs didn't exist!)

Darwen dashers now do a weekly Tuesday night, head torch run, then back to the pub for a pint. We set off at 7pm from the Sunnyhurst if anyone wants to come along
Bloody hell, even on hill sprints evenings we are lucky to get 3 guys.
In the night off road runs 4 or so is about the average. It's a petty as we have something like 150 members, but I think a club like Eryri have members from all over Gwynedd/Angelsey and North Wales, so not sure how many 'local' runners we have. The womens side is stronger though.
