Thankyou! It was horrible, not my sort of thing at all so I just concentrated on not chucking in the towel. Hopefully the rain will ease up for the next few weeks and the Northerns won't be too bad

There was a 20% increase in the number of finishers in the Merseysides, though thats not saying much...

Hmm it does look like a small field for some reason. I know the Preston men were severely depleted for some reason. Maybe people are just pig sick of running it at Witton Park again although I gather that it's getting increasingly difficult to find anyone else willing to host.
I do fear that we'll end up sharing a championship with neighbouring counties before too long and for a county with such a rich athletics heritage (particularly pre 1974) that would be a very sad thing.
I did not run Danbert no where near fit enough for a race like thatHow did you do Roger?
