Best bit of winter gear I ever bought are my Helly Hansen Windbriefs with protective windproof panel .

But if you really wanted to look after your tackle who could forget the Buffalow Supporters.

    Buffalo - Supporters
Fiendishly uncomfortable and bizarre looking creations in shiny black Pertex and fluffy black pile. Most purchased stag-do present in the shop. Waist size M roughly equates to 32 inches (80cm), but hell, who cares, I mean are you really going to wear them?!

A friend bought a pair of these a few years ago swearing they would solve his problem of 'reduced efficency' after a cold night run. After one mile he had to remove said garments as they were cooking his 'bits'

Sorry Trundler, when posts are longer than a couple of paragraphs I tend to speed read. It's good to see that you look after your extremities also .
I've just decided I don't trust you anymore.
