the Llyn Peninsular costal footpath.it starts in Caernarfon and finishes in Porthmadog (or vice versa)and is about 90 miles long and has some mountain sections in it i.e Gyrn Goch and Yr Eifls.

Pembrokeshire coastal path is pretty tough too (been slowly walking it in sections over the years). It offers 186 miles, 37,000ft and 400 stiles
Not exactly a seaside stroll .
