Hi all, thought you guys would know best.
Doing a 21 miler this weekend I had a two cups of orange juice t around 17 miles.
Not long afterwards after the pace picked up and we headed slightly downhill my stomach 'went'.
It's not stich, but I could hardly move let alone run. I've had this before at the Fellsman, but not as bad. It was a really intense pain across the front of my chest, halfway down my ribs to my stomach. Resulted in me looking an extreme fairy making silly noises...
Has anyone had a similar problem, i've had it mentioned that it could be the orange juice, maybe water would be better? but surely the effects wouldn't have been that bad!
