I am very lucky to have an understanding partner but even Emma,s patience are running a bit thin at the moment.

I've got it too, the Christmas cold complete with sore throat. Am doing the sensible thing this year and laying off for a few days, I raced with a cold last year and it definately set me back. Sorry to be missing Wansfell today though.
Got bad dose of something too. Sore throat, achey limbs, runny nose. Planning to go see family in Derbyshire in next day or so and had planned a run out in the Peak but no chance now. In down jacket with central heating on feeling like 'death warmed up'
Still badly and considering making a hot drink with Vicks. My old boss used to swear by it. He was from farming stock and did have a rather robust attitude to health mind.
