Full marks for your determination to make up the 55 by including the Grasmoor group, rather than adding more little bumps close to the BGR route. Do you have the distance/ascent stats for this round?
74 miles and 30,370 feet and the leg stats are on my blog (see below)

great stuff... if you are going to do the NW fells it has got to be better going that way round: ...the thought of whiteless pike after robinson on a CW must be horrendous.
