    LakeSat 26th Jan 08 -Cancelled

Message for Amex, Derby Tup, AJF, AlwaysInjured, MR1437

& anyone else who cares to join us.

A number of you have shown an interest in a lakes run on the 26th, where does everyone want to go and where shall we meet?

I'm thinking the Langdales - going up to Stickle Tarn and then picking up the BG route across to Scafell Pike perhaps drop into Wasdale.

I could do with an earlish start as I am out for a brithday meal Saturday night. Yes its my birthday weekend so hopefully someone will carry my bag for me.

AJF whats the earliest you can start, I reckon a 5-6hour run/walk sounds about right. I could do with being back at the car for 4ish.

Let me know your views and idea's, my organisation skills have fallen off the hill.

Langdale picking up BGR route is fine for me but I'm happy to go with the flow, whatever. If AJF wants a lift from Addingham/Ilkley area that's cool too. Drop me a PM!

Very tempted Jamie but I'm gonna have to miss out

Was up there this weekend and did Leg 2 and part of Leg 3 on Saturday....cracking day out.

Then probably going up the following Saturday 'cause my team's playing at Carlisle, which is a good little excuse to go up early, have a run and then go to the footie

Have a great time this weekend, looks like there might be some snow later on in the week

I'd have loved to join in with you lot too (if you'd have had me) but having not so long ago moved into a new house I still have to temper all my weekend runs with comensurate levels of putting up curtain poles, mirrors, shelves and general dog's body jobs around the house

I'm hoping for some serious Lakes time from Easter onwards.

Thats sunday work if ever I heard it! Go on you know you want to! Doesn't sound like it will be a late one with us finishing at 4pm.

Run it past the boss and let us know

Hi all, unlikely to be able to tag along on this occasion as giving the other half some support at a race but keen to get involved in the future, on the off chance that I am able to make it can you clarify the NT car park you'll be meeting at please.

Mr1470 - I'm in Shrewsbury so would be very interested in teaming up for either training or recce time but am planning on running the Long Mynd Valleys the following weekend though let me know your plans.
