I love my buff, its not like a hat that gets your head sweaty and it keeps my ears nice and warm on a cold day.

I got a fleecy one for Xmas. It's a bit warm to wear for running but great for when I'm taking my very slow old dog for a walk.

Persistence paid off. I can't have looked such a complete moron in the one I won in roadrunner's competition.

The standard ones are great. Single thickness pirate style on cool days, doubled over teacosy style when it gets colder.

the fact that he leaves me behind on a training run is because of the buff isn't it. Not just that he's better than me?

I got a free one for running in the Buff Dolomite Sky Race last year but, much as I'd like to have Buff Skyrunner Series emblazoned on me 'ead, I just look too stupid in it.....

So it's back to the old wooly hat (which has Wierd Fish emblazoned on it so it might be quite accurate.. )
