Sedbergh School 4th March

Sedbergh School are putting on their 3 peaks race on again this year. All are welcome; seniors as well as kids.

Its a midweek race on the 4th of March starting at 4.30. It's a classic Howgill up and down course climbing Winder, Arant Haw and Crook. More importantly they provide good food afterwards for all the runners. If you can, it's worth an early finish from work. If you are thinking of going then email Jon Richardson so he known how much food is needed.

That's fantastic. Its a great little event and with loads of kids from Sedbergh school joining in you'll not be the only first timer. They look after you well too with a good bit of food afterwards. Good luck and see you there.

Yep Walsh country. Some of the larger nippers are a bit quick and some of the oldies are a bit slow but you will be in good company.

Disapointingly I can get the time off work now, so I won't be able to run. Gutted really!

Same here - 6pm finish or 4 at best so will just have to save myself for the 1/2 tour. Hope event goes well, I should'nt have been in work but for my sins I now am.
