Optional Early starts available fro runners anticipating a time slower than:- Greeba 2 hours, Bradda 3 1/2 hrs, Glen Mona 2 hrs, Ellan Vannin 2 1/2 hrs, Creg-Ny-Baa 2 hours. Contact Christine Barwell on 433264 to register prior to each event.

To qualify as a finisher in the league, competitors must complete one each cat A Long, Medium & Short, plus any three other Cat A races, making a total of 6 races.

IN THE INTERESTS OF SAFETY ALL COMPETITORS MUST CARRY WINDPROOF WHOLE BODY COVER, OTHER BODY COVER APPROPRIATE FOR THE WEATHER CONDITIONS, MAP & COMPASS SUITABLE FOR NAVIGATING THE COURSE, WHISTLE & EMERGENCY FOOD.
