also a brilliant way to see kinder magnificent cloughs as well

    Well done lads!

Although the cloud had lifted it was well windy when I saw you for the second time above edale. I would expect that made it quite tough going on the snake pass side.

How long were you out for?

I also saw the Downfall blowing straight back up and over the top, v. impressive. A few weeks ago it was frozen solid and a couple lads where ice climbing on it!

yes it started to get very tough exp after climbing up to fairbrook naze
In total about 9 hrs , but we had 20mins for dinner.
    Nice to meet you twice
Are you going to attempt this or the kinder dozen, if so you will need loads of food.
Its an amazing way to navigate yourself around kinder and i really feel im getting to know the place now better.
A bit of local knowledge is invaluable on these outings, the line we took from kinder east trig to druids stone was hard work indeed, lots of bog , we came across an old aircraft ruin, ( halifax bomber ????) , anyway it probably didnt help by me just casually saying to andy you dont need a bearing here just head for WIN hill.
