I'm down in Dorset in late June and fancy this LDWA-type event - whether I walk or run depends on fitness/injury recovery levels at the time.
I know its a long shot given how far it is from the home turf of most forumites and also given that there appears to have been between 20 & 25 runners taking part in past years but I'll ask anyway - anyone done this one before?
If so any hints/tips etc....?

Well I did this on Sunday, and a grand day out it was despite my lack of long-distance fitness leading to me taking the title literally and mostly plodding from about 17/18 miles onwards. It was nice and low-key with less than 20 runners starting an hour after the walkers (which meant plenty of 'runner coming through' shouts on the narrower sections of the coast path). I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who happens to be in the area with great views (although the sea mist meant few views during the coast path section) and some good steep descents and ascents including a brilliant 'sting in the tail' steps climb to an obelisk after 24 miles by which time it had got pretty hot too.
