Oh good, will look at doing this next week (Wed probably). It mentions there is very few definative tracks to follow especially after the first 2-3 mile. The route seems quite straight forward,is it just a case of keeping the exposed rock close on your left on the way up ?It's no problem, all the upland is now open access land anyhow and prior to that I believe it's a PROW.........years ago access was only allowed due to National Park paying landowners across the ridge (there's some 15 of them) to allow access but since CROW act that's been superceded. A rule which was strictly applied back then was no dogs but not sure about that nowadays.
Otherwise great route to recce, especially descent....best day out is to get 2 cars and run from Llanuwchllyn all way to Bwlch Oerddrws
Thanks
