    I would thoroughly recommend this event. Myself amd Mrs tfg had a great six months training, recceing etc. The support side can seem burdensome, but with a few friends, one who can run and/or walk quick at the end dependant on level of expectation etc, it can be a joy. My crew really enjoyed it. I think I'll do it again, though not this year....might try for L100/WHW double next year....if I can get in both that is!

    Rob Sinclair set a new course record today of 13:41:08, taking over half an hour off Paul Giblin's 2015 previous best.

    Unbelievable! Just about 8.5 m/m if my maths is right!!! There's a fair bit of decent running but plenty of tricky, especially up the top end of Loch Lomond, which is actually back to the harder, low level route.
