Hm, I can't find the details on the Ambleside site. There even used to be a very clever online map with a little red ball that traced out the route. I've got the checkpoint details somewhere....

I remember seeing the 'red ball'. A very clever piece it IT as it did actually follow the actual route. Looks like someone's pinched it.
