    Stopping training.

Ive been running every other day in training for the rivington pike fell race.
How many days if any should i stop training on the build up to the race.....as in to let my legs recover to their 100% strength.

I have the opposite problem. I'm doing the Wuthering Hike on Saturday, so when do you think I should start training, Stagger?

Well, as they say, "there's always one"....!

    Only kidding Swoop!

I always rest up AT LEAST 2 days before a race. You can always give it 101% on the day but that's difficult you're pooped!
