    If you are of the nature to undertake a solo unsurported round doe`s it really matter if the `CLUB` recognise it, after all it was your round done your way (with or without a GPS) and in my opinion all the better for it, same as trundlers

    Actually and i stand to be corrected but i think as long as you have done a recognised round, then the club is prepared to believe you, if you subsequently claim a solo unsupported round and recognise it.

    That is indeed an interesting anomaly but since membership of that august body is very low on my priority list I'm actually not bothered...

    As Baggins once said, it depends on whether you want to do the Bob Graham Round or join the Bob Graham Club.... I'll settle for the former
