    only done one but I used a wide mouthed drinks bottle, ideal for filling up from streams and great for mixing energy powders in...which I advise you take as they're lighter than gels and not as messy when you have to carry the litter

    Went out for just over 2 hours today with the bladder 1/2 full. I got a North Face Dogfish which JUST fits in full kit as well as some hydration. Feels comfy and the liquid flow is good. I find it a better option than carrying a bottle in the side of a bumbag so if you have to carry full kit on a long run this is my prefered option.
    Each to there own, nowt beats a bare chested summer run carrying nothing and slurping from streams though!!
