Cheers good points in the bag in the Fantasy race
What a great race. Route was really tough, surroundings raw & beautiful, marshalls totally selfless & the weather was pretty kind to us.
I started bonking after about 90 mins & my wheels fell off completely a few minutes before the final climb to Commedagh, but I would definitely do it again.

Note - use Google.
More photographs of most of the runners to follow.
Normal service is resumed, everyone seems to be near enough in their right places for that race compared with last months debacle at Black Combe...
Angela Smudge is a decent runner, eh! Four minutes off the likes of Nick Sharp is pretty decent as well as beating the likes of John Hunt, Joe Blackett and Rob Little... (J.Lee a little low down the field mind you)
Why walk when you can run.

I am bit surprised by the comment about a "debacle" at Black Combe because it sounds a bit ungracious. I know one or two runners had their own grievances which I can't comment on because I don't know the ins and outs. But, other than the fact here did seen to be a surprising number of runners(quite a few from Lake District clubs) who struggled with the poor visibility at Black Combe, why a debacle?
