Hi Fozzy
My ears are still ringing 3 days later!
I was a little apprehensive about seeing Slayer without the sadly departed Jeff Hanneman but Exodus guitarist Gary Holt was a brilliant stand in. Watching the crowd 'moshing' really brought back memories of the 80's when I last saw Slayer and Anthrax....whilst stood in the mosh pit. Now I'm more of an observer from the safety of the balcony. Cracking gig, both bands still have it.
Was tempted with Priest and MSG for another trip down memory lane but doing Kirkby Moor fell race instead...harder on the legs but easier on the ears!
Darren Fishwick, Chorley.
off to The Prodigy tonight at Manchester Central (aka G-MEX)...4th time seeing them, still life in the old dogs!
Documentary by Julian Temple (The Great Rock and Roll Swindle, The Secret Policeman's Other Ball, Joe Strummer: The Future Is Unwritten) about Wilko Johnson (Dr Feelgood, The Blockheads, Roger Daltery) and being diagnosed with cancer, and being given 10 months to live.

Not as catchy as Paper planes but
Well its been a while since I have been on here. I started this thread back in 2007 with a version of this track and having seen them recently they are better than ever:
