    I couldnt resists.

Plus i had to go to work and it would probably have popped anyway....so i got rid of it and its fine now.

Think im going to have to start taping them up though because its the 2nd time ive had a blister in that spot.

Must back up Mrs Crabbers comment, massive thanks to the great team who got Cathy off the mountain after her fall and encourgaed us all the wayto the end, even though we kept them on the mountain longer. THank you!
It was my first proper lakeland fell race (don't know if I count Wandsfell) and it lived up to the terror. There was tears and some close trantrums but thanks to my mates I made it to the end.
    Thank you
    Lisa

ps - I also left a Booths carrier bag with all my stuff in (blue fleece, shooes etc) by the tree so if anyone has found it please let me know. 07904 528803

    Thanks

Hazel (Robinson) picked it up - if you give her or Mike a ring I'm sure they can sort something out.

I haven't been mistaken for Timo Austino before! Oh, and they had Valentina with them.

Didn't have my contact lenses in and my eyes were filled with sweat - could only just make out male and female to be honest!!

I wore my x-talons and i think i could have done with abit more cusioning on the long stoney track to barrow.
My X-talons were great. Nice n lite with plenty of grip. They were fine on the stony path too but I picked up a tiny blister on my big toe on the final descent. Like you, AF I also went through the dead bracken off Barrrow and picked up a couple of places.

    Great race, great day.
