Aiming to do the Wrekin with Mr L. Llantysilio as well would just be silly.

Well we will see,one down and getting ready for tomorrow now.
Anybody have a clue on terrain ? Of what i know of the Wrekin it should be dry (no mud) and fast.I hope so,could do with wearing trail shoes as i've split my Flyroc's today.

Terrain? Been a while since I ran it, but I think it starts & finishes on playing fields, has a bit of road, mostly paths & some steep banks where you may find yourself using trees to slow your descent. There are 3 or 4 climbs in the race.

If dry underfoot, you may survive in trail shoes.

Well i wore my walsh PB's,wise choice for some steep descents.Didn't seem to be too slow after yesterdays race.Well done Tim W,another fine performance,Ian Hughes 2nd,Roland Staff 3rd
