    theres only one type of D.I.Y i like and i usually do that when AJ is out

    You should really consider the DIY option. You're gonna find their fitting fee alone whoever you use will be more than a grand. It really isn't that dificult.

    ...if you can get someone to do the electrical work and the plumbing, particularly the CORGI stuff.

    Thinking I might need a new kitchen but depends on certain outcomes.

    Considering DIY and planning it myself.
