    Umbellifer burns

This is an unusual 'injury' , it won't stop you running but it can be a pain. Cow Parsley and similar plants ie those with white mop head tops . When the sap gets on your skin and is exposed to bright sunlight ; burns! I have a few blisters on my legs from the other day.
    Generally going nowhere fast.

Yes, ordinary hogweed as well as Giant Hogweed will cause deep burns and scarring. I got hogweed sap on my leg a couple of years ago and was then out in the sun for a few hours, next day I had to go to hospital with huge, painful, deep blisters that required dressings for a week. Molehill has scars from Giant Hogweed, a really quite dangerous beast (the Hogweed not Molehill, he's a pussy cat ) if you accidentally brush the leaves onto your skin.
