I notice that Foel Fras has changed and become a bit longer. It was always a lovely runnable course and i imagine it still is with that new decent.
What is the new distance/climb?
ST
According to the WFRA april newsletter
12.3 miles , 3600 feet

I'm missing both of these, but Foel Fras looks brilliant now, it will still be very runnable, or should be, that last ascent of Moel Wnion will be difficult as it's so late in the race but it's not steep, the climb up Garnedd Uchaf is minimal, only just a 3000er due to thelack of rise and fall from the ridge, and then it's a steady fast descent around the Beras and Drosgyl to pick up the landrover track.
It was shorter than the 13 last year, quite a bit, so good to see that it's a proper 'Long'.
