Ive decided to give it a go, so long as my recovery training (ppp)goes well.

I think ppp is a very different proposition to the longer lakeland classics - I usually manage them OK but struggled on the one occasion I entered ppp and got timed out by a minute or two at the pub - I think PPP needs sustained fast running ability on tracks/paths between the peaks whereas all the lakeland classics have much more varied terrain and call for different skills (especially in bad weather)
