    Pencilling this in as we speak.... I did it once before but it was probably 20 years ago! I don't remember the steep start up Elle Bank but perhaps that's changed since I did it?

    This year I'm just trying to get a few PBs on last years races. I should be a fews mins faster on MF.

    I might still run it, but if there's Lakes action on offer it's hard to turn down! I'd expect to be a fair bit quicker this year too, if I do run there might be another sprint finish!
