I think it was Nick Swinburn & Angela Mudge.

Fantastic race, great conditions & apart from the descent off Cynghorion the running was fantastic.

After a few months of injury & illness this race along with the Caradoc Classic on Wed evening has really kick-started my summer .
I've just decided I don't trust you anymore.

Aye, he's been beating us all around here all year, train at the track with him, well warm up and cool down together, awesome runner, great to see him step up and win that. Supposedly he even made a mistake coming down off CYnghorion and was still able to win.

Enjoyed the race more than I thought I would, hectic start, took a long time to get through/away from the crowds at the start.

Fellrunner, didn't realise it was you that was ahead of me as we ran on Maesgwm until I heard your accent as I passed, and you mentioned Harry, it took about 10 seconds for the penny to drop as we were all shirtless it was hard to spot people.

Enjoyed it, fast runnable course ( assuming,of course, you can run fast )
That descent off Cynghorion did my knees no good at all, but the track and road back to the finish was not as bad as I thought it was gonna be.

Where's he/you living at the moment? I knew he ran for NFR, but I also knew he was a budding Morpeth road runner, waaaaay north of the Toon.

He used to breeze around races in Northumberland a couple of years ago.

Am I a little late to predict great things of him?!
Why walk when you can run.

Mysterious Person, he's studying at Bangor Uni.
