We have a small herd of roe deer in my part of the world - see them many mornings when I'm walking the dogs. Saw a buzzard in Walshaw Dean today - a couple of weeks ago it was a pair of peregrine's hunting in almost the same spot.

We have a family of them too ! They are quite numerous in the upper Worth Valley & along the Bridghouse Beck into Oxen'ope. Lovely. See one up at Ponden Kirk quite often too. Luckily neither our resident mink or idiot rabbit / bird of prey / anything-that-moves killers have seen them.

I had a walk around Ponden Kirk early summer while recovering from torn calf - nice spot!
