For me, not a criticism of the time taken - I don't care if results take a month, but I do find it frustrating that there are many races that *never* publish their results via the FRA site - even though the results do exist in some form somewhere.
I've run in a couple of races where the results exist because the excellent DPFR site has a list of their member's runs, but there isn't a link from the FRA site (or anywhere) to the full results.

I didn't bother going any further with it - but if enough people ask, or ply me with beer I could be persuaded to pick it back up. I stopped because a load of results in March were only ever published in pdf format which is a pain to put into a database.
It was based on Chris U's Scottish site, but was only ever going to be a results database, rather than info about the races, profiles, calendars etc.
We do our best around these parts.... and thanks to Steve T, our "Local" results are more often than not posted promptly at http://www.cs.man.ac.uk/~temples/hc/ or links to find them...
Not all our Local Races are FRA registered.... although those that are often finish up with a link on FRA Results to Steve T's site or resting there as well... As with everything there are glitches at times.....

On the web as soon as I can get home and UKResults pick the files up, usually the same evening.
