I'm sure I saw you at the Capenhurst 10K, unfortunetly I was the only male runner from E Port RC who entered. We had a good turn out from our ladies though.!!

Anyone any idea when the results get posted?

well i'll be turning up at least to the tough team and see if anyone is short, think Helsby have three teams out, will be racing thursday at a 10k in woolston park warrington, so friday might be a relaxing run,
