Apparently the way water is poured into cups at this race is absolutely superb.

We now have a sponsor, JD, so in addition to the superb water pouring there are £750 in JD vouchers up for grabs. About a third is in spot prizes (in case like me you run as fast as you can but never win owt).

Not necessarily as i have a habit of sending race fields the wrong way when marshalling.....i kid you not

Just looked at Rochdale 10K results from 1980 - in a field of 183 runners, 110 finished inside 40 minutes!!!!!!
