    Bauerfeind Malleoloc fitting

Despite my ankles warranting better care, I have been doing a bit of trail / fell running around Moel Famau recently and am really enjoying it, having always hated road-running.

Unfortunately, I've needed recontructive ligament surgery on both ankles in the past (for non hill-related injuries) - my left ankle is fine, but my right one is chronically unstable, so I have been using a Bauerfein Malleoloc for the past 3 or 4 years. It's fairly comfortable, but less so on ascents when it can dig into my arch a bit. I've read that the Malleoloc can be custom fitted by suitably trained physios, so was wondering if anyone knows of a physio who can do this in the North Wales / Chester / Manchester area.

I'd welcome any advice on this - I've also tried the Active Ankle T2 but didn't get on with it, as wearing the brace under the insole too (as recommended) gave me terrible blisters.
