Hardly a dry eye in the house, i can't imagine what's going through his head, such grit and fighting spirit.

Whats going on?? First Tour De France and now this?? On the same weekend as the Lions sweetest win? And the bestest ever Olympics! Shurely shome mishtake?? What a golden era for a sports fan. We need a new challenge! How about punting for the World Series or the Vince Lombardi Trophy?? Teach those yanks a thing or two. (oh, and lets just quietly forget about those overpaid soccer-monkeys shall we??!)

I've been thinking exactly the same thing Wheeze - all this winning stuff - it's just not cricket thought we were supposed to be a nation of gallant losers.
This BG round & the training therein is dedicated to the fond memory of Daz H - there is no such word as can't.
I've never understood why so many people have knocked him from the outset, probably because he doesn't have a Hollywood smile and talks with a funny accent. They complain about his lack of personality, but I've always thought he has quite a dry sense of humour - you just need to catch it.
Above all he has always worked and worked and worked at his game at a time when he has been overshadowed by some of the greatest players ever. Well deserved win and hopefully with some more of the pressure and expectations off, he can add another grand slam or two.
