    Winter Mullardoch Round

I completed a winter round of Loch Mullardoch North of Glen Affric last weekend. Full details for those that are interested including pics, video clips, timings and a brief account are at:

I have to take exception to your description of it as "on-sight".....

How can it be onsight if you can't see where you're going????

Great write up and photos - very envious - I haven't walked off the top of a cliff since I was 10!

    ha. ha. very good joe.

yes, it felt strange to suddenly find myself mid air in the blackness - actually rather pleasant after all that bushwhacking.

Some excellent pictures there, well done.

Do you take your camera on every run?

I like the pics of your Helvelyn night run!!

no don't usually take my camera - only on the long runs, when there's snow or when the light is good.

striding edge was good. also had a good one on bowfell last night a touch of snow made the climbers traverse quite atmospheric.

I really enjoy looking at your pictures, did you take the camera with you last night?

People at our club think we are mad running on winter hill at night, I sent them the link to your site, they now think we are normal and you are the mad man ha ha
