At least give people a bit of info Danbert! I think you mind is up the Great Orme or something
Not everyone knows the beauty spots of Royton.
You don't realise how right you are there Witton......Pwllycrochan Woods and the Little Orme to be exact.
Seriously though, Tandle Hill is a magnificent place for a trail race. There are undulating trails all over the place.
If anyone fancies a 'slow' run over the course before this weekend drop me a PM.

Danbert - You doing this one ?....... I may be tempted as it's only up the road from me.
Watch him Manhar, he beat me in a race last week.
Biriani for endurance, pathia for speed.
Blimey - You must be flying Danbert if you beat Brummy John.
Not so sure about being lean & mean......I've joined the Fellponies stable by the way.
Don't listen to them Manhar, i'm running like a pregnant camel and this course will suit you as it's got 500ft of climbing between miles 4 and 5.
The big question is....... will Walker Boy and Raymondo be appearing? Lets have some of that Coe, Ovett and Cram like rivalry around the trails of Tandle Hill.
