I believe that this electronic magazie is being produced and marked by the IAAF.

It is possible that UK:Athletics have sold your email address to the IAAF.

I've said "yes" to a subscrption, will see how it goes. Luckily have given them a secondary email address that I keep for just such things. Keeps things relatively spam free!
