Brecon beast is the name of the event, starts at the running track.
Not a bad event but too many linking lanes for my liking, did it in '06 i think.

Bestest lurcher, but in the championship he picked a fight with another dog right in front of the judge! No thefts of any food items today though.

We need to get another run in over the S Wales hills at some time soon!

    I dont have any

Another 54 very hilly miles tonight
The climb up to black rocks is as tough as it was when I was 14.
No pacing tonight and it was a bit windy. Had 1 x mule bar en route that just got me home.

Pleased to report after the tyre change t other week no more punctures have darkened my door.
I first rode that route on a Raleigh Arena.

    Nice night as well

    Very neglectful i must admit.

Been doing long hours working with my dad during the day then hitting the shelfs of sainsburys after and its killing me.
I havent done any long rides in ages, just a short blast round for 12 miles once a week or so.

I must get out on the bike more!!!

Is it for sale then ?
Its my size isnt it. Remember what I said about roadbikes.
They are a love hate thing for most.

To truly want to be a very good rider you have to love the bike. Id say Ady is a true lover of the bike.
Ive toyed with the idea of doing 300miles a week and seeing what happens after 3 months. after doing 150miles in 2 days i feel okay. Have got my cycle legs and mind back but it wont be long before im waning.
    Its all in the mind

If its not being used Al , spray it with that fancy stuff emma uses on her winter ribbler. Think its called Flick your elbow wax, haha.
