    I have TWO spare entries from injured crocks if anyone wants to pick them up from me on the day. I believe you can make substitutions at an enquiries desk. £10 a throw.

    There are a number of Radcliffe AC runners doing it, but not me. I'll still be in bed from my post Skiing, can't be bothered with Sunday mornings virus.
