Maybe I can now. The weather was good, and I managed my fastest half marathon for 12 years. Hope everyone else had as good a run.

Come on then, how did you get on Ajohns?

    1st Tomas Abyu 64.20 something
    2nd RR 64.59
    3rd Gaz Raven 65.14

Windy in places, fast in others. Must be a pb for me for 5mile 10 km and 10 mile and then hit the wind. Slowed towards the end but still felt strong. Thought I would run low 64 today when I got to 5 mile but it wasn't to be. Still, FLM training seems to be going in the right direction.

How did the rest of you all do?

Went round in 1:25 43. Had a good run really, the headwind definitely slowed me a little for a couple of miles but all in all Im pleased.

Good to see you there RR, cracking race from you. You did what you always do - go off really hard and see how it goes. I spoke to another forumite before the race and he reckoned Gaz Raven would beat you today - so good stuff

I faded big time towards the end. Cracking momento, finest crystal!

A.G.'s feet took a bashing. The blood soaked through his shoes.
Biriani for endurance, pathia for speed.

You were just a few seconds ahead of me then. I timed myself at 1:25:52.
