    Warm Weather Training???

Thought it would be a master stroke to get some warm weather fell training in over half term with wilyvet in Sierra de Aracena (mountain region 1hr NW Seville).

Unfortunately it hasn´t stopped lagging it down since we arrived and the temperature feels the same as back home.

Also as it is not a tourist area our very basic spanish is being severly tested.

In fact it given the low cloud and rain it could be an ideal prep for the Edale Skyline.

You flamboyant bugger TDMA all the way to Sierra de Arcena as part of your build up for the National and here's me stuck with running around Tandle Hill.

TDMA - it still sounds better than HW134 planning for the wider review- Danbert may even be scared enough to do some proper training at the club this week.

Why go to Spain 10degc reasonable visibility multitude of english speaking pubs , bars and restaurants, superb running, and no planet destroying plane flight required.

Well that`s what the Lake District gave me and and others today, forecast is for much the same tomorrow,

TBH could do with some of that crap Spanish weather to practice navigation and wet weather descending.

Sparth - i've got to sheepishly report that i did nearly 10 miles off road at dinner-time today.

Have you been winding Walker Boy up? He's been sending me subversive text messages about what distance he's going to beat me by at Sunderland. He's got a serious touch of the Owls - if you know what i mean
