Was out for my morning road jog, it was dark, running on the promenade, did not see a lump of sand which the council had nealty piled up into a little knoll!!, So, Arse over tit i went, grazed knee and hands. Ran another mile and pulled muscle pain began on my left calf, which led to me having to walk the remaining two miles home!! only just got over knee injury, it's one sodding thing after the other!!!
